Wbjee Terms & Conditions — Complete Usage Policy

Wbjee (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") operates an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") apply between wbjee and its users ("you" or "Member").

Registration Terms

1. You must be at least 18 years of age. wbjee reserves the right to verify your age.
2. Each individual may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts will result in all of them being closed.
3. The phone number and email address provided at registration must be active and belong to you.
4. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password completely confidential.
5. If someone accesses your account without authorization, notify wbjee support immediately.
6. Operating an account on behalf of someone else or acting as a proxy is strictly prohibited.

Update Account Information

If your registered details change (such as your phone number or address), you must update them through wbjee support. wbjee will not be held responsible for any payment delays or issues arising from outdated information.

All financial transactions on wbjee are processed securely and in an orderly manner. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

Important Payment Policy

• Withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the deposit (some exceptions may apply).
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Wbjee reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any transaction deemed suspicious.
• If money laundering or any illegal activity is detected, funds will be frozen and the relevant authorities will be notified.

• In the event of an error in the odds, wbjee reserves the right to void the bet in question.

Casino Games

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG.
• If a round is left incomplete due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
• Attempting to gain winnings by violating game rules or exploiting software errors is strictly prohibited.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final; however, appeals may be made in the case of an obvious error.

• Deliberately exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.

• Sharing your account details with another person.
• Collusion — where multiple players conspire together to the detriment of other players.
• Any form of attack or hacking attempt targeting wbjee's servers or network.
• Selling or distributing third-party software intended for use on the platform.

Wbjee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under certain circumstances, without prior notice.

Reasons Your Account May Be Closed

• Violation of any clause within the Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or refusal to cooperate.
• If suspicious or unlawful financial activity is detected.
• Upon submitting a self-requested account closure.

The refund of any valid balance following account closure will be handled in accordance with wbjee's policies. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Wbjee believes gaming should be a source of fun — not addiction or harm. We are deeply committed to the mental well-being and financial safety of all our users.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You can self-impose an account break lasting anywhere from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Wbjee will honor any request for permanent self-exclusion.

Wbjee is committed to resolving any dispute fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint or dispute, please follow the steps below.

3. Complex disputes may take up to 14 business days to resolve.

Wbjee reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified in advance via email or an in-platform notification.

• Continued use of wbjee following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, please stop using wbjee and submit a request to close your account.
